Private Commission
From identity
to object.

You define the object, context, personal references and symbols the piece should carry.
- 02Symbolic research
Your references are translated into a coherent visual and symbolic language.
- 03Private concept
You receive a dedicated concept with proportions, symbolic construction and initial material direction.
- 04Approval
The final design, materials, finish, quotation and timing are agreed before manufacture begins.
- 05Manufacture
The approved object is produced and finished according to the private project.
- 06Delivery
The completed piece is documented and delivered as an individual EDECUM commission.

EDECUM is a contemporary jewellery project focused on private symbolic commissions. The design process begins with the client’s history, references and intended meaning, then translates them into proportion, surface, engraving and form.
Each commissioned object is developed as a one-of-one piece. Studies may be documented in the archive, but the personal composition is not treated as a standard model for reproduction.
Designed in Italy. Created to be kept, inherited and remembered.
